All first orders must be paid for by credit card, wire transfer or business check before your first order will be processed.
Shipping Policy
In general, Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC strives to attain a 24 hour turnaround from payment or purchase order receipt to order shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Requests for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping will be processed as a preferred shipment, taking precedence over all other orders, regardless of the time of order submission. Standard shipping services such as UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select and all USPS shipping options will be processed on a first come first served basis.
Same Day Shipping
In most cases, orders for in-stock items will ship the same day your payment or purchase order is received. Our cut-off time for shipments of in-stock items is 2:00pm CST (although we will do our best to get all orders placed that day shipped the same day). All orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
Free Shipping Policy
Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC offers our clients free shipping on our entire line of products. Shipping methods are at the discretion of Armor Personal Protective Equipment, LLC only. Requiresments to utilize specific carriers or services shall accept prepaid & add freight charges to the invoice in question. Irregular, heavy weight and most LTL freight shipping only items may be excluded from our free shipping policy if the resulting freight charges results in a net loss on the sale to Armor Personal Protective Equipment, LLC. Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend any sales order with freight charges where appropriate. Free shipping is only available for clients placing orders via www.armorppe.com with standard pricing AND a single order value of $25 or more. Free shipping may not be allowed on products with price deviations.
Return Policy
Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC wants everyone to be pleased with their purchase and most importantly with the transaction between our business and you, the customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or with a transaction, please contact us. If we don't know there was a problem, we cannot remedy the situation to the satisfaction of both parties. All products shipped as ordered are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. Armor Personal Protective Equipment reserves the right to refuse any and all return requestes. No return requests beyond thirty (30) days from the date of invoice will be accepted. In the event Armor PPE ships your order in error, we will quickly and accurately correct the situation to the satisfaction of both parties.
Shipment/Invoicing Error Policy
Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC makes every effort to quickly and accurately process, ship and invoice your purchases. We are all only human however, and errors will arise from time to time.
Shipment Error Policy
Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC requires any and all packing slip errors to be noted with the shipper within seven (7) business days of the ship date. Shipment shortages must be noted with the shipment carrier at the time of delivery and a copy of the corrected bill of lading shall accompany written notification to Armor PPE of any and all shipment errors.
Invoice Error Policy
Armor Personal Protective Equipment LLC requires that all invoice errors be brought to our attention, in writing, no more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice. Errors noted beyond this time limit may not be corrected and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Armor PPE reserves the right to refuse correction of any shipment error or invoice error request noted beyond the acceptable timeframe and/or that cannot be proven beyond reasonable doubt to have occurred. Application of these policies is at the sole discretion of Armor Personal Protective Equipment.
Limitations of Warranties
The manufacturer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. Determination of the suitability of the material for the use contemplated is the user's responsibility. User assumes all risks resulting from the use of our products and must confirm suitability thereof by its own tests. The manufacturer's liability will in no event exceed the purchase price of the materials sold. Armor Personal Protective Equipment's liability will in no event exceed the purchase price of the materials sold.
